When making a reservation at Ivy Lane Cocktail Bar: • Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation • Party Size: Please inform us of the correct party size when booking • Arrival Time: We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time • Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel • Large Groups: Bookings of 8 or more may require a deposit • Special Events: Themed nights and events may have separate booking terms

Regarding payments at Ivy Lane: • All prices displayed are in GBP and include VAT where applicable • Menu prices are subject to change without notice • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards • Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion • For private events, deposits and payment terms will be agreed separately

While visiting Ivy Lane Cocktail Bar, please note: • Age Restriction: We operate Challenge 25 - please bring valid ID if you look under 25 • Dress Code: Smart casual attire is appreciated • Behaviour: We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behaviour is inappropriate • Dogs: We are dog friendly - well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome • Accessibility: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs due to the venue layout • Allergies: Please inform staff of any allergies - our kitchen is entirely gluten-free

Regarding liability and responsibility: • Ivy Lane Cocktail Bar shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses • We take reasonable care to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings • Personal items are brought into the venue at the owner's risk • We are not responsible for any items left on the premises • In the event of an issue, please speak to a member of staff immediately
